What is included in your Catered holiday

• Accommodation based on 2 adults sharing for seven nights.
• Breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal on 6 evenings (Wednesday is nomally the staff day off). (two course evening meal with new 500 euro price)
• Bed linen, duvets and towels.
• All local taxes
• Transfers from Geneva when staying a week.
• Accompanied rides for 3 days when booking a weeks stay

Short Breaks

Short breaks are available. Prices per person per night are as follows:

Tue, Wed, Thur - 80 euros
Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon - 110 euros

Evening meal not served on Wednesdays and for any arrivals to the chalet after 9pm. Free accompanied rides are available but priority is given to guests who have booked a weeks stay.

Prices
All payments will be made in euros and must be paid by credit card, bank transfer or euro cheques. Any bank transfer charges must be met by you.

Transfers
These are not included in the price of your holiday ( if you are staying less than a week). If transfers are required then let us know how many people and your flight details if you know them. Please include these details on the booking enquiry form and will quote an accurate price for this service.

Airport transfers are charged at 40 euros per person, minimum of 4 people – each way, or 160 euros for the whole mini-bus which sits 8 people.(landing & departing between 9am – 9pm) otherwise they may be carry a 30 euros supplement per person These prices are based on Transfers from/to Geneva Airport. If you require transfers from any other airport or rail station please contact us.

Evening meals will not be available if you arrive at the chalet after 9pm on arrival day.

Supplements
For single occupancy there is a 200 euro surcharge.

Room Sharing Discounts - cannot be used with any other discounts.
3 people sharing a room receive a 10% discount per person.
4-5 people sharing a room receive a 15% discount per person.
10% discount for room 2 ( smaller room - not ensuite)

Group Discounts
Please contact us for discount information for group bookings of 11 + guests.

Child Reductions
Under 2 years sleeping in a cot in the parents room-120 euros flat rate.

2-12 year olds, 40% reduction of the adult price subject to the child taking childrens supper.Child discounts are subject to the child sharing the same room as a full paying adult. There is only one child discount per full paying adult.

Child reductions cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Check in-out - Accommodation is normally available from 15.00 hours on the day of arrival and you should anticipate checking out before 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
